School District 

Our communities are located in the East Penn and Parkland School Districts with some of finest schools and educational programs for children of all ages. Both districts rank among the highest in state and national graduation rates and SAT scores.

Mayo Park is an excellent option for folks who are looking for quality living without sacrifice, all at extremely affordable costs far below all the site-developed communities throughout the Lehigh Valley. We are pet friendly and encourage landscaping your home site with decks and sheds. Some additions may be approved. 

Red Maples 

Our family-friendly community is ideal for first-time home buyers as well as older couples looking to find an affordable home in a country setting. We have over 200 homes that are placed on home sites of various sizes like many factory-built communities. We have been updating the community with new homes as often as possible, so while the park itself is well established, it contains a majority of newer homes.
